Dr. Heather Ciasnocha: Motion is Lotion for Our Bodies
Dr. Heather Ciasnocha, Bkin, DC, is a licensed Chiropractor and acupuncture provider. She has been practicing in Richmond Hill since 2012. She is the owner, founder and primary clinician at Trinity Chiropractic Health and Wellness. She is focused on providing patients with a holistic approach to health and wellness, which is what truly makes the clinic unique. The belief that true health deserves a multifaceted approach, is the reasoning behind not only the clinic name, but is at the core of her beliefs.
Dr. Ciasnocha is passionate about her profession and believes in all aspects of preventative medicine, working closely with all of her patients to ensure an overall sense of relief in activities of daily life and extracurricular activities.
As an athlete herself, she is an active lifestyle enthusiast who enjoys spending most of her time outdoors and participating in running events and endurance challenges both locally and abroad. She is equally passionate about sharing her enthusiasm for health and wellness with her patients by providing them with the education and care needed so that they too can thrive and live their best life.
The mantra in Dr. Ciasnocha’s office is simple – “Motion is lotion. Motion is life.” This motto serves as the pillar for all that she does, and encourages her patients to do to. As our bodies are designed to move, it is her goal for each and every patient to not merely survive, but to THRIVE!
Most recently, Dr. Ciasnocha was the recipient of Richmond Hill, Board of Trade, Young Entrepreneur Award for 2020.We talk alot about movement in this episode. Amidst, COVID-19, a lot of us are spending a tremendous amount of time at home, and our movement is limited.
